How to Send Names, Numbers, Sizes and Logos for a Team Jersey Order
By SPORTY Fit Wear · 2026-10-10
Most mistakes in team orders happen in the player list. A clear list saves time and makes sure every player gets the right jersey.
Use one line per player
Write each player on their own line in the same order: name as it should be printed, number, jersey size and (if ordering) trouser size. For example:
- RAHIM — 10 — M — trousers 32
- SAKIB — 75 — L — trousers 34
- TAMIM — 28 — XL — trousers 36
Names: print exactly as written
Decide as a team whether you want first names, surnames or nicknames, and use capitals if you want capitals. Check spellings carefully — what you send is what gets printed.
Numbers: check for duplicates
Make sure no two players share a number unless that is intended. Agree a number for any substitutes or extra players.
Sizes: measure, don't guess
Ask each player to measure a jersey they already like by laying it flat and measuring across the chest from armpit to armpit. Compare that with the size chart customer care shares with you. If someone is between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit.
Logos and design
Send the logo as a vector file (AI, PDF, SVG, EPS) or a large sharp PNG. Add any reference pictures and your colours.
Tip: Pick one person to collect everything and send it in one message or one quote request. It is much easier than many people sending changes separately.
